QUEST

For our first brief of term, we were tasked with creating a series of images inspired by a selected word from a popular encyclopaedia of various tales, myths and curiosities. I was handed the letter G and so chose the entry, “Grail, the Holy”. I decided to create a series of Arthurian themed screen prints that involved multiple similarities such as colour, point of view, and mark making. I decided to work entirely traditionally, with no digital assistance, it proved challenging but VERY rewarding.
