With my shop now up and running and my first print giveaway in full swing I now had the chance to relax, sit back and let my efforts come to fruition.

After spending the week brainstorming ideas for my coming project and a fortunately timed trip home, my mum and I visited the Royal Armoury in Leeds for some inspiration and a much needed day out. I was mainly interested in the medieval exhibits which provided me with plenty of imagery for my next few prints.
I’m planning on creating a series of medieval themed prints based around “The Holy Grail”, hopefully as long as University stays open for the next few weeks I will be able to screen print them. I’m thinking about larger scale prints currently, I haven’t printed on a large scale in a while and I miss the impact a large print has when hung on a wall and I’m eager to get back to that. My next week will be spent focusing my visual research and starting my designs for these prints.
